Goal Statement
To provide important clinical data on the management of sleep, insomnia, and cancer
 
Educational Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
 
•   Review the characteristics and epidemiology of insomnia in the general population
•   Describe the epidemiology, etiology, symptoms and consequences of insomnia comorbid with cancer
•   Identify cancer stage – and treatment-related insomnia in the patient with comorbid cancer
•   Review treatment options for insomnia in the patient with comorbid cancer
